Freed Construction provides roofing, exterior construction, and related services in Iowa. All work is subject to a separate written agreement or contract between Freed Construction and the customer. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding estimate, warranty, or guarantee of services.
Estimates & Pricing
Freed Construction offers two estimate paths depending on your project. For qualifying roofing projects, an instant estimate may be available through our website via a third-party estimation tool using aerial imagery and algorithmic pricing. For all other services — including siding, windows, gutters, and complex roofing projects — a custom quote will be provided following consultation and on-site assessment. In either case, estimates are not a binding commitment by Freed Construction. A formal written proposal will be issued prior to any work beginning.
Exterior Inspection Service Plan
Freed Construction offers a subscription-based Exterior Inspection Service Plan providing bi-annual exterior inspections and gutter cleaning for residential properties. Service is currently available in Bremer, Butler, Black Hawk, Grundy, Tama, and Benton counties in Iowa.
Billing & Cancellation Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually through a secure third-party payment processor. Annual subscribers are billed for the full year at time of purchase. Cancellation policies and any applicable refunds are subject to the terms presented at the time of enrollment.
Promotional Offers Promotional pricing, including first-year complimentary plans, is available via promo code at sign-up. Promotional offers are subject to eligibility requirements and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Scope of Service The inspection program covers exterior features as described on the service page. Freed Construction will make reasonable efforts to prioritize subscribers during high-demand periods following weather events, though response times are not guaranteed.
Insurance Rebates Some subscribers may qualify for insurance rebates or reduced premiums as a result of participation in this program. Freed Construction makes no guarantee regarding insurance outcomes, which are determined solely by the subscriber’s insurance provider.
Optional SMS Notifications
Freed Construction will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at your location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe. Customers will also be informed that their number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Freed Construction’s liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to the greatest extent permitted by Iowa law. We are not responsible for damages resulting from reliance on website content, typographical errors, or service interruptions.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Iowa.
