Whether he’s installing windows, running a siding crew, or managing a roofing project, Tate is all about the team energy at Freed and the mission of beautifying homes across the Cedar Valley.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tate plays a crucial role in the field. He’s often the main point of contact during on-site work—connecting directly with homeowners, setting clear expectations, and making sure crews are operating at a high level. He keeps the job site clean, the process on schedule, and the customer experience smooth from start to finish. His goal? Make sure every homeowner feels informed, respected, and thrilled with the final result.

Tate thrives on those high-five moments when the work is done and customers light up seeing their homes transformed. That’s what keeps him going. He’s the eyes, ears, and heart of Freed in the field—representing the company’s values with consistency, care, and a big smile.

Outside of work, Tate’s all about family and football. He and his crew are loyal fans of the Iowa Hawkeyes and UNI Panthers, and come fall Sundays, you’ll find the Dehmlow family all-in for the Minnesota Vikings. Whether in the stands or on the job site, Tate brings the same enthusiasm and passion to everything he does.
