Kim is our Operations Navigator—and honestly, we don’t know what we’d do without her. While “Office Manager” was her old title, it never quite captured the full scope of what she does. Kim works closely with all of our division leads—residential, commercial, and storm—to keep schedules aligned, materials on site, crews where they need to be, and customers fully in the loop.

She’s the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps Freed running smoothly, even when the weather’s unpredictable and timelines shift on a dime. Her superpower is syncing it all together with precision, calm, and a smile.

In a company full of strong personalities and go-getters, Kim brings a steady, grounded energy. She’s kind of like the big sister of the team—always dependable, always patient, and somehow able to keep this crew of lovable knuckleheads in line (without ever calling them that, of course). She’s relational, hardworking, and shows up every day ready to handle whatever comes her way.

Beyond operations and scheduling, Kim plays a critical role in customer care—making sure jobs are billed on time and clients are always updated throughout the process. She takes pride in ensuring every customer knows how much we care, from the first phone call to the final shingle—and even after.

What keeps her motivated? “The people,” Kim says. “Our customers are fantastic, and my coworkers are the best. It really does feel like one big team.” That spirit of unity and service is exactly what makes her such a core part of Freed’s culture.
