Freed Construction’s Exterior Inspection Service Program is designed to give you peace of mind—knowing that your roof and exterior are performing optimally, year-round.

This subscription-based program offers bi-annual inspections of your roof and exterior and ensures priority service during catastrophic events such as high winds, tornadoes, hailstorms, and more. When disaster strikes, you won’t be at the back of the line.

We check everything twice per year.

We inspect the following exterior features:

• Pipe flashings
• Skylight flashing/glazing
• Chimney flashing/step flashing
• Sun tubes
• Crickets/saddles
• Roof to gutter transitions
• Soffit to roof transitions
• Nail fastening checks
• Ridge vent and box vent condition
• Kitchen/bath exhaust vents
• Overall condition of existing shingle accessories
• Siding
• Soft metals (e.g., fascia, flashing, trim)
• Windows
• Overhead doors (garage doors and frames)

We’ll give you a detailed report.

After each visit we’ll break down everything with findings categorized as:

• Recommended (preventive)
• Needed (urgent)
• Budgetary planning guide and financing opportunities
