Exterior Construction Crew Member

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to be part of a team that values professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service.

Job Duties

  • Perform installation and repair work related to roofing, siding, windows, and doors
  • Work on residential and commercial exterior projects
  • Safely operate tools and equipment needed for installation work
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Follow project instructions and company standards
  • Work with crew members to complete projects efficiently and correctly

Requirements

  • Prior experience in roofing, siding, windows, and/or doors
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in changing conditions
  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
  • Ability to follow directions and maintain attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • General construction background
  • Experience working on exterior renovation projects
