To say this spring has been busy would be an understatement.
We entered the season focused on growth—building our team, strengthening our systems and getting our staff aligned for the next chapter at Freed Construction. Then the hailstorm hit, and everything shifted into full-on storm response mode.
Roofing is always a major part of what we do, but when our community experiences a storm of that magnitude, it requires an entirely different level of bandwidth. More than 700 homeowners reached out to Freed for help with hail damage, and we immediately went to work inspecting homes, communicating with customers, coordinating projects and helping people understand their next steps.
It has been a lot to manage, and we want to once again thank every one of you for your patience and understanding.
Our team has been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to get organized, expand our capacity and build a clear plan for every project entrusted to us. Now, here we are in mid-June. Our operations team is synced up, our crews are moving and we are kicking butt.
We are officially in full-tilt mode and excited about all the great projects on the docket.
If your exterior project has not been scheduled yet—whether it involves roofing, siding, windows or doors—please know that you have not been forgotten. We are doing everything we can to move projects forward thoughtfully, communicate clearly and provide every homeowner with the quality of service they deserve.
We do not take it lightly when you trust us with your home. Every call, every inspection and every project matters to us.
If you have questions about the status of your job, please reach out anytime. Our team is here to help and provide an update.
Thank you again for your patience, your trust and the opportunity to serve our community. We are incredibly grateful—and we are just getting started.
